1. General Principle
- Activation codes, plan entitlements, and other digital benefits provided by the site are digital content that can take effect immediately.
- Once a digital entitlement has been redeemed, delivered, or activated, it is generally non-refundable.
- If you have questions about pricing, scope of benefits, duration, or upgrade rules, please contact support before purchasing.
2. Reviewable Refund Cases
- Duplicate payments, duplicate charges, or clearly mistaken charges.
- A system issue where payment was completed but the entitlement was not delivered and did not actually become active.
- An inconsistency between payment status and actual delivery caused by a payment channel or system-side issue.
3. Pro-to-Deluxe Credit Rule
When a user upgrades from Pro to Deluxe, any remaining unused non-promotional Pro entitlement may be eligible for credit based on the remaining eligible days. The following rules apply:
- Only remaining Pro entitlement originally purchased at list price is eligible. Bonus, promotional, compensatory, or otherwise free entitlement is not refundable or creditable.
- Remaining eligible days are calculated from system records and are generally rounded down.
- As a rule, each relevant upgrade order or remaining entitlement period may be reviewed for credit only once.
4. Request Process
- Please contact support as soon as possible with your account information, order proof, payment record, and issue description.
- We will manually review account records, entitlement status, order information, and payment proof.
- If the case is verified as refundable or creditable, processing will be handled through the original payment channel or another mutually agreed feasible method.
5. Non-refundable Cases
- Digital entitlements that have already been redeemed, delivered, activated, and made available for normal use.
- Features, duration, or benefits that have been consumed, used, or cannot reasonably be rolled back.
- Restrictions, suspensions, or entitlement handling caused by rule violations, malicious API abuse, exploit usage, cheating, or similar misconduct.
- Requests that cannot be verified because sufficient order, payment, or account information is not provided.
